Terms of service

By placing an order or booking a class with Candle Lit Atlanta, you agree to our policies and studio rules.

• All sales are final. No refunds.
• One-time reschedule only when requested at least 3 days prior (email required).
• No-shows and same-day cancellations are not eligible for reschedule, credit, or refund.
• 15-minute grace period; no entry after 15 minutes.
• One ticket = one guest. No spectators (including parents/guardians).
• No weapons. No pets. Service animals only (ADA).

Candle Lit Atlanta reserves the right to refuse service and/or remove guests for disruptive behavior, violation of rules, unsafe conduct, or failure to meet age/ID requirements. Prices, offerings, and policies are subject to change at any time.
