All sales are final. No refunds.

In-studio upgrades (including upgraded vessels/bottles) are final sale once selected and provided

Reschedules are one-time only and must be requested at least 3 days prior to your class. No-shows and same-day cancellations are not eligible for reschedule or credit. We begin on time with a 15-minute grace period; no entry after 15 minutes. One ticket = one guest (no spectators). Candles must be picked up within 48 hours of class. If we close due to weather/emergencies, a reschedule credit will be issued. No weapons. No pets (service animals only).
