Candle-Making

 

How long is class?

40–60 minutes + about 1 hour to solidify.

Can I stay while my candle cures?

Typically no (we reset between classes). Sip & Scent + private event guests may stay for their scheduled experience.

When do I pick up my candle?

Return about 1 hour later (same day before close) or pick up another day.

48-hour pickup policy

Candles must be picked up within 48 hours of class. Items not picked up within 48 hours may be discarded due to limited storage.


Do you ship candles?

We do not offer in-house shipping. If needed, you may arrange shipping through FedEx/UPS at your expense.



 

Booking + Entry

 

Walk-ins?

Mondays only, based on availability. Booking online is recommended.


Can I share a seat or bring someone to watch?

No. One ticket = one guest. No spectators (including parents/guardians).

Payments accepted

Card and contactless payments only (no cash).


What should I wear?

Aprons are provided. Oils may stain—wear comfortable clothing and avoid valuables.


Accessibility

Second level with no elevator.



 

Food/Drinks + Celebrations

Food/drinks for public classes

 

No hot food. Snacks/charcuterie + beverages are okay.


Birthday during a regular class

Balloons + cupcakes only. Seating is first-come, first-served.

Groups 10+

Please contact us at least 24 hours in advance.


Private events

Hot food/cake allowed. Warmers/utensils not provided. Submit a Private Event Inquiry Form on our website.


 

 

Age Requirements

 

  • The Lit Experience: Ages 10+
  • Ages 10–17: must attend with a participating adult
  • May be limited to select class times
  • Sip & Scent: 21+ only (ID required)
  • No children under 10 unless otherwise stated

 

 


Refunds + Rescheduling

Refunds

 

No refunds. All sales are final.


Rescheduling

One-time reschedule only if requested at least 3 days prior. Same-day cancellations and no-shows are not eligible.


Late policy

15-minute grace period. No entry after 15 minutes.

Weather/emergency closure

If we must close, you’ll receive a credit to reschedule.



 

Perfume/Cologne Add-On (Express)

 

Is this a full perfumery course?

No this is an express scent blending perfume/cologne making add-on offered during select candle classes and private events.

For a deeper experience, book our Scent Basics 101 (90 minutes).

Skin + allergy notice

Fragrance ingredients may irritate sensitive skin or trigger allergies/asthma. Guests are responsible for notifying staff of sensitivities, avoiding direct skin application if needed, and using blotter strips first. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

 

Final sale

 

Due to the custom nature of the product, all fragrance add-ons are final sale once blended/bottled.
